In Delaware, laws permit building contractors to look for independent inspectors who can do both plan reviews and building inspections. Waiting for these inspections can frequently cause the building schedule to lag significantly. We don't want our customers to have to go through that.

This independent inspection service confirms that your construction project is proceeding as planned. This option is set up so we can give you an unbiased, expert opinion on how well your building is coming along according to the plan.

A Pre-Drywall Inspection can identify potential problems with the framing, plumbing, and electrical systems in the home before it’s too late. It's also a good way to get an idea of what repairs may need to be made at this stage of the new build.

Our new construction inspections are different from County Building Inspections, which utilize the services of your local building department representative to inspect the new construction and ensure the progress of your build is up to code.
